Make-Good Policy

If tracking fails and you can show us proof of purchase, we pay the cashback ourselves — from our own funds, not yours — and we dispute it with the network independently. You never bear the cost of a tracking failure.

Why this exists

Affiliate tracking breaks. A browser extension, another coupon site, or just an extra tab can overwrite the click that was supposed to credit your purchase to us. When that happens on most cashback sites, you contact support and hear "there's nothing we can do" — you did everything right and still got nothing. We think that moment is the single most damaging thing a platform like this can do to your trust, so we built a policy that removes it.

What we promise

What this doesn't cover

This policy covers tracking failures— we saw you click through and buy, but the credit didn't attach. It doesn't cover price changes, out-of-stock items, or a merchant's own return/cancellation policy — those are between you and the retailer.

This page is the policy in force today. It is deliberately short — if you have a tracking issue, use the manual claim option on your order, or see Contact.
